Reviewing customer bills
Customers use the Bill Review application to review transactions on bills.
- Bill Review application
You use the Bill Review application to review bills in a bill batch and resolve questions before the final bill is issued. Each bill batch contains unbilled transactions for a customer and customer agreement that occurred during the billing period. - Viewing costs on bills
Some users can view costs for lines in a review bill batch in the Bill Review application. The customer agreement for this bill batch must be configured to show costs on review bills. - Viewing terms and conditions of bill batches
You can view your terms and conditions for the review bill. The terms and conditions you view come from the customer agreement associated with the billed work. - Changing the status of bill lines
You change the line status of a review bill in the Bill Review application. You typically change a status from WAPPR (waiting for approval) status to APPR (approved). You also can change the status to DISPUTE (disputed). - Changing the status of bill batches
You need to change the status of the review bill from PREBILL to REVIEWED in the Bill Review application, so that the billing process can proceed. - Approving all lines in a bill batch
In the Bill Review application, you review all lines in a bill batch that have a status of WAPPR (waiting for approval), APPROVED, RESOLVED, and DISPUTE. After you review the lines in the bill batch, you either approve or dispute lines by changing the line status.
