Integrating with WSRR

Using the WSRR integration features, you can create requests for Change (RFCs) with links to a WSRR object. You can manually add additional links to external systems if needed. Change assessors, approvers, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) governance board members, and other interested users can click the links to obtain background information and related details.

When you process Change work orders to complete your WSRR update requests, you can create and use one or more Change job plans designed specifically for these types of Changes. These job plans contain Assessment and Approval records that enable SOA governance teams, WSRR administrators, and other interested parties to assess and approve a Change. You can add any of these users to the job plan, so that the appropriate assessments and approvals can be carried out.

The WSRR integration capability is designed for WSRR users and administrators who are interested in controlling WSRR updates using the Change process. It is also useful for Change Owners who evaluate and accept Change process requests from Web Service developers.
