Contact Us pod

The Contact Us pod provides information users can consult to contact Service Desk agents for help with issues and problems, such as telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and so on. If your organization uses the Live Chat feature, the pod contains a Chat Now button for requesting a chat with a Service Desk agent.

The contents of the Contact Pod can be edited to meet the requirements of the data center. Users can be authorized to modify the pod. The chat button can be shown or hidden, depending on whether chat capabilities are available.
