Configuring the event details that display in the Related Resource Data dialog

When you click an event for a CI in the Federated Details dialog, a Related Resource Data dialog displays details about that event. By default, the Related Resource Data dialog displays the event summary, severity, and created date. You can customize the details that display in this dialog.

1. Go to Integration > OSLC Providers.
2. Open SCCDOMNIBUS, the Tivoli® Netcool/OMNIbus provider.
3. In the OSLC Interactions table, expand CCIEVENTS.
4. By default, the Select Clause field in each query contains oslcem:summary,oslcem:severity,dcterms:created. These properties correspond to the event's summary, severity, and created date. The values for these properties display in the Related Resource Data dialog for each event. To change the properties that display in the Related Resource Data dialog, modify the Select Clause field. Separate each property with a comma. See Event definitions in the Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus information center for a list of properties.
5. Save any changes that you make.
