View Federated Details option does not display
You cannot view UI Previews, as the View Federated Details button does not display in the CI or Asset applications.
Likewise, the View Federated Details menu does not display next to the CI or Asset fields in the ticket applications.
This
issue can occur for several reasons:
- The sccd.oslc.federateddetails.enabled system
property is not set to 1.

- The classification of the asset or CI is not mapped to an OSLC resource
type.
