View Federated Details option does not display
You cannot view event details, as the View Federated Details button does not display in the CI application. Likewise, View Federated Details does not display in the menu when you click >> next to the Configuration Item field in the ticket applications.
This issue can occur for several reasons:
- The sccd.oslc.federateddetails.enabled system
property is not set to 1.
To make sure that the system property is set properly, see the topic Enabling the ability to view event details.
- The classification of the CI is not mapped to an EVENT resource
type.
