Viewing CI change history
You can review the history of changes made to a configuration item (CI), in order to determine when it was created, when it was last modified, or when a specific change was made. You can view the history of the CI's attributes or relationships.
About this task
You can also run reports that include this information.
If the CI is based on an actual CI, you can link to the associated actual CI, and launch from there to view the CI in the TADDM interface, in order to see more details about the history of the CI.
