Changing the status of a catalog request

When a shopping cart is submitted, the catalog request status changes to NEW.

The catalog request status is dependent on the collective statuses of the Service Requests associated with the request.

Whenever the status of a service request is changed, the status of the catalog request is re-evaluated and updated if it has changed.
Note: You can only change the status of a service request if an approval workflow is not active for it.
