If Control Desk version 7.5.x was deployed on WebSphere® Application Server Network Deployment, the Control Desk version 7.6 upgrade requires WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment v8.5.5.

Instructions for establishing WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment v8.5.5 in your environment for use by Control Desk version 7.6 are included in the upgrade scenarios provided in this guide.

In addition, if your current Control Desk version 7.5.x installation is deployed on WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment v8.5.5, you can reuse that server when you upgrade to Control Desk version 7.6
