UI Preview does not display when clicking provider button

When you open the View Federated Details dialog and click the button for the provider whose data you want to preview, the data does not display.

This issue occurs if the endpoint of the provider is configured for basic authorization but the credentials for the Provider registry endpoint are incorrect or empty. Follow the procedure to check the credentials.
  1. Go to Integration > OSLC Providers
  2. Open the Provider Registry for the provider that you were attempting to view a UI Preview for.
  3. Open the endpoint by clicking the >> menu next to the End Point field, and selecting Go To End Points.
  4. Enter the basic authorization credentials in the USERNAME and PASSWORD fields and save the endpoint.
  5. Click Return with value.
