Installing Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI)

Use the TDI installation program provided with the Control Desk Integration Toolkit to install a TDI environment that supports the integration of HP Service Manager.

To install a TDI server, use the procedure described in the following section:

Note: The machine where the TDI is installed must be configured to have the same time zone setting as the HP Service Manager server. This will prevent the querying of inappropriate tickets.
