Configuring the integration framework for sequential queues

Before messages can be processed into the target tables in Control Desk, message processing from sequential queues must be enabled on the server.

To configure the integration framework for sequential queues, you must complete the following tasks:

• Verify that you allocated adequate memory for processing (heap space)
• In the External Systems application, enable the TAMITEXTSYS external system
• In the External Systems application, enable the following enterprise services and set them to use the sequential queue
  • TAMITINTMF
  • TAMITINTSW
  • TAMITINTSWCAT
  • TAMITINTSWREL
  • TAMITINTSWVAR
  • TAMITINTSWPRTNUM
• In the Cron Task Setup application, enable the SEQQIN cron task instance in the JMSQSEQCONSUMER cron task for sequential JMS queue processing.
