Integration components

Control Desk uses the integration framework applications to import software catalog data. To facilitate the import, the product provides predefined integration components for the integration framework applications, Domains application, and Cron Task Setup application.

Control Desk provides the following predefined integration components for software catalog integration:

• An adapter in the Domains application for importing software catalog data
• Predefined content in the following integration framework applications:
  • Object Structures
  • Enterprise Services
  • External Systems
• Predefined content in the Cron Task Setup application
