Configuring the integration framework for continuous queues

Before messages can be processed into the target tables in Control Desk, message processing from the continuous queue must be enabled on the server.

The continuous queue is a JMS queue with a message-driven bean (MDB) as a consumer.

To configure the integration framework for continuous queues, you must complete the following tasks:

• Enable message-driven beans for the continuous queue
• In the External Systems application, enable the TAMITEXTSYS external system
• In the External Systems application, enable the ITASSETDISPOSALInterface enterprise service and set it to use the continuous queue
