Using the CI Details tab of the Configuration Items application

You can use the CI Details tab of the Configuration Items application to directly associate a Change Window Calendar with a CI that you are working with in the Configuration Items application. When you associate a Change Window Calendar with a CI, that CI is available for implementation tasks that are scheduled during the change windows defined in the Calendar.

1. Open the Configuration Items application (IT Infrastructure > Configuration Items) and open the CI to which you want to assign a Change Window Calendar.
2. Click beside the Change Window field, and select Select Value to display a list of the Change Window Calendars that are defined.
3. Select the name of the Change Window Calendar that you want to associate with the CI.
4. Click OK.
