To find tickets that you want to work on, use the search
feature in Control Desk Service Portal.
About this task
To find tickets, log in to
Control Desk Service Portal and
complete the following steps.
Procedure
- Select . The Search Tickets page
displays a list of all tickets.
- In the search field at the top of the list, enter a ticket
number or specify one or more key words that might occur in the summary.
Then press Enter. Tickets
that match your search criteria are displayed in the list.
Note: To
return to the list of all tickets, clear the search field and press Enter.
- To view a specific ticket, click the ticket. On
the Ticket page, you can view information about
the ticket or update ticket information.
