Finding IT assets associated with contracts

Use the Advanced Search feature in the Assets application to search for IT assets that are associated with a contract.

1. On the List tab in the Assets application, click Advanced Search.
2. In the Advanced Search menu, select More Search Fields.
3. In the More Search Fields window, in the Contract field, click the Detail Menu.
4. In the Select Value window, select the contract for which you want to view associated assets, and click OK.
5. In the More Search Fields window, click Find. The IT assets that are associated with the selected contract are displayed.
