Setting processes to not auto-initiate

You use the Workflow Designer or Workflow Designer (Advanced) application to specify that when a record is created and saved in an application, the record is not routed into a workflow process. Each object can have only a single process that is initiated automatically.

1. In the Workflow Designer or Workflow Designer (Advanced) application, select the activated process record that you want to set to not auto-initiate.
2. Click the Set Process to Not Auto-Initiate action.
3. Click Save Process.
