Delete a record relationship
You can delete a relationship of the type RELATED between a ticket and another record on the ticket's Related Records tab.
Procedure
- Display the ticket that has a related record that you want to delete.
- On the Related Records tab, locate the record in the Related Tickets or Related Work Orders table window.
- Click Mark Row for Delete
. - Click Save.
Results
The system deletes the relationship with the records but does not delete the related records.
