Select Labor

When you select labor, the system creates a labor transaction for each labor code you selected.

To select labor:

  1. In the Select Labor dialog, select Select Record. You can select more than one labor.

    To narrow your search, click Filter or you can click Select All Records.

  2. Click OK.
  3. If appropriate, edit the labor details. To make changes, click View Details View Details icon for the labor and edit fields such as Hours, Rate, Type, Skill Level, and other fields as needed.
  4. Click Save.

To find a particular value in the Select Labor dialog box:

  1. In the filter field for one or more columns, enter a full or partial value. For example, to only find values that contain the letter L, enter L.
  2. Click Filter Table Filter icon to find all records that match the criteria you entered in the search fields. To see the original list of values, click Clear Fields Clear Fields icon.
Tips:
  • The total number of values is displayed at the top of the table window (example: "1-20 of 155") .
  • To move between pages, click Next Page Next Page icon and Previous Page Previous Page icon.
  • To move up or down a row, click Next Row Next Row icon or Previous Row Previous Row icon.
  • You can reorder the columns to make it easier to locate information quickly.
