Tried Solutions Tab
Use the Tried Solutions tab to view the history of all the solutions that have been applied to a ticket.
You can check all the solutions previously tried to resolve the corresponding ticket. To view the details for each solution, expand the twistie next to the solution.
You can use one of the following
methods to apply a solution to a ticket:
- Click the Use Solution button in the Search Solutions dialog or Global Search dialog.
- Search for a solution from the Solution Details tab in the Ticket application.
The Tried Solutions tab is not displayed by default. In order to see and use it, you must enable it using the Application Designer and turn on auditing for the A_Ticket database table.
