Tracking customer usage of services
You can use the Configuration Items application to track which customers are using a particular service that you offer, or which services a particular customer is using.

Tracking the customers using a service
Procedure
- Click to open the Configuration Items application.
- Select the CI for which you want to view the customers.
- On the CI Details tab, find the Primary Customer field and click the customer icon to display the Add/Modify Customer Associations dialog, where you can view all customers associated with this service.
Tracking the services that a customer uses
Procedure
- Click to open the Configuration Items application.
- In the List tab, click the Find icon to open the More Search Fields dialog.
- In the Associated Customer field, use the detail menu to select the customer. The CIs with which the customer is associated are displayed.
