Deleting items from the shopping cart

You can individually delete items from your cart or empty the cart of all items.

Individually deleting items

Procedure

  1. Click Delete Delete icon next to the item that you want to delete.
  2. Click Yes when prompted to delete.
    Note: The selected item is not deleted if it has an associated Service Request Log entry. The log entry must be deleted before you can delete the item from the cart.

Emptying all items

Procedure

  1. Click the Empty Cart button.
  2. Click Yes when prompted to delete.
    Note: When you choose Empty Cart, the offerings are deleted from the cart regardless of whether a Service Request Log entry exists or not. Any Service Request Logs associated with the cart items are deleted also.
