Catalog Service Requests Approval

The Catalog Service Requests Approval application displays open service requests (Line Manager and Fulfillment Manager) that are assigned to you for approval. In this application you can take action on multiple requests at one time, for example bulk approvals of a set of requests.

You can select the requests that you want to take action on and then choose to accept, reject, or reassign multiple requests at the same time. By default, the number of records that you can select for an action is limited to 10. Administrators can set a different limit in the pmsc.viewapprovalsr.takeaction.limitrecords system property.
