Service request status values

In addition to the standard Service Request statuses (Closed, In progress), the following status values are available when a service request is created by the Service Catalog:

• DRAFT – Request has not been submitted
• APPLM – Approved by Line Manager
• APPFM – Approved by Fulfillment Manager
• APPR – Approval Processing Complete
