Checking the status of a Service Request
Check the status of an existing request and view any communications from the service desk agent. You can see the status and other details for your requests in the View Service Requests application.
Viewing the status of your service request
Click
View Service Requests 
in the
Application Launch bar. The system opens the View Service Requests
application and displays a list of service requests you have created.
