Create a Service Request

To create a service request:

Complete either of the following procedures:

• In the Application Launch bar, click Create Service Request . The system creates a service request and displays it in the Create Service Request application.
• If you are viewing the details of a solution, click No - Create Service Request next to the text at the bottom of the page that asks if the solution helped you. The system creates a service request and displays it in the Create Service Request application. When you click this button, the list of solutions that you have viewed is attached to the Service Request. This helps administrators to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions.
