Report an Issue
You can use the Report an Issue link to find a Service Desk type offerings or to report an issue.
Offerings that have the Service Desk Offering? option enabled and Service Desk ticket templates are displayed when you click Report an Issue.
Click on the offering to see more information. An offering dialog is displayed.
You can view the hierarchy of available categories in a tree view, which appears on the left side of the window. If the tree view is not visible, click the tree view icon to view it. To remove the tree view, click the folders icon.
Once you have located the offering you want, you can submit a request for that offering by clicking Submit Request on the dialog.
