My News pod
The My News pod is similar to the Bulletin Board and displays the five most recent, active and unread messages about critical problems and incidents, and information broadcast through the environment.
When you click an entry in the pod, the My News Details dialog displays with the message content. Clicking the close button on the My News Details dialog closes the dialog and the message is marked as read.
The View My News... link returns a table
of all messages that have not yet expired. The table contains the
following columns:
- Subject
- Message
- Post Date
- Expiration Date
- Viewed?
To view the message details, double-click an entry
in the table or select an entry in the table and click Show
Details 
.
Clicking Refresh 
updates the table with the latest information.
You can sort the table by clicking on any column header.
To filter the list:
- From the dropdown in the top right corner, select a column or columns from the list using the checkbox, and click OK.
- Type a value in the filter field.
- The filter searches for matches based on the selected column and value, and filters the list accordingly.
