Control Desk Service Catalog is composed of three major parts.

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) can be used with Service Catalog to define roles for service ordering, management, and fulfillment.

In the Service Catalog content, security groups have been created for each of the Service Catalog roles.
