The attachments point to documents that reside in an attachment library. The files, which need to be manually added to the library, are included in the pmscsrdocs.zip file located in the following directory: installDirectory\tools\maximo\en\pmsc_content\V7200_05.content\pmscsrdocs\.
The files contained in the zip file should be unzipped into the appropriate directory on your Control Desk server.
