As a release moves through the release process, you can
use the View History action to monitor updates
to the release.
About this task
To view a list of updates that have been made to a release, perform
the following steps:
Procedure
- Open the Releases application ().
- Open the release for which you want to view an update history.
- Select the action.
The
View History dialog is displayed. The Status History section provides
a list of all of the updates that have been made to the release. For
each update, the status is displayed, along with the date and time
on which the update was made; the user ID of the user who made the
update; and any notes that were added when the update was made. The
Ownership History section lists the owners and owner groups of the
release, along with the dates of ownership and the user ID of the
user who changed the owner or owner group.
What to do next
If you want to perform a more detailed audit of release updates,
you can create a report that shows updates to selected attributes
of the release work order.
