Customer record maintenance
You can create customer records to help you manage your business relationships with your customers. You can manage your contacts, create customer logs, and view customer agreements and associated customers.

Creating customer records
You create customer records in the Customers application and associate the customers with objects in other applications to give the customer users access to those objects.

Managing customer inventory
You can manage inventory for customers. You can associate customers with tools, items, and services and manage the price books, which have the list prices for recurring items, services, and tools.
