Internal charge backs
Customers use the cost center and charge back accounts for billing transactions to process internal charge backs.
When you create a ticket or work order for a location for
which a customer is the primary customer, the charge account and cost
center are copied to the ticket or work order. It appears on the customer's
billing statement when you bill the work. You also can enter this
data on the location record. Enter charge back information in the Customer
Charge Account and Customer Cost Center fields
on the Customer tab.
