You use billing schedules in customer agreements to set up automated monthly billing for recurring costs.

    Billing schedules provide a way for you to automatically charge customers for recurring costs. You can define billing schedules to create bill batches for recurring costs for fixed fees, items, services, scheduled usage, actual usage, and managed assets.
  • Defining billing schedules
    To automatically bill customers for recurring costs, you can add billing schedules to the customer agreement. You specify the first bill date for a schedule and a term that defines the number of months that the schedule runs.
