Offerings level configuration

The Offerings application allows you to specify that the apply response plan action will get invoked when a service request is created.

When this option is specified on the offering, the response plan workflow specified by the Workflow options for Service Catalog in the Organizations application is invoked. The default response plan workflow ignores all other approval and ticket template options specified on the offering.
