Limitations

The default workflow process includes the following limitations:
  • The Line Manager and Fulfillment manager workflows specified at the Organizations and Offerings level should be implemented as follows:
    • The workflows must generate a workflow assignment record.
    • When the workflow assignment record is accepted or rejected, the workflow must set the service request status to a value expected by the wait node in PMSC_SR3A. For Line Manager approval, the value should be APPLM or RESOLVED. For Fulfillment Manager Approval, the value should be APPFM or RESOLVED.
  • Once a ticket template has been applied to a Service Request using the custom action, PMSC_APPLY_TT, the parent workflows (PMSC_SR3 and PMSC_SR3A) cannot modify the Service Request.
  • When a language other than English is used, the wait nodes in workflow PMSC_SR3A must be modified. See Service Catalog configuration and Workflow Approval Configuration section for details.
