Use the Sales Orders (SP) application to create and manage sales orders in a Service Provider environment. Sales orders are part of the billing process.

Managing the billing process
You can set up manual or automated billing for customers and review transactions before sending bills to customers. You manage the billing process in the Customer Billing application and customers review bills in the Bill Review application.
