Starting the TDI servers

Complete the following steps to start each of the TDI servers in your environment. Do not start the TDI servers if you have not completed configuration of the Control Desk or the HP Service Manager.

Procedure

  1. Change to the TDI working directory. You specified the TDI working directory when you installed Tivoli® Directory Integrator.
  2. For Windows, run the following command: mxeTDI_HPSM.cmd
  3. For Unix/Linux, run the following command: mxeTDI_HPSM.sh
