Configuring the integration framework for continuous queues

Before messages can be processed into the target tables in Control Desk, message processing from the continuous queue must be enabled on the server.

The continuous queue is a JMS queue with a message-driven bean (MDB) as a consumer.

To configure the integration framework for continuous queues, you must complete the following tasks:

• Enable message-driven beans for the continuous queue
• Verify that you allocated adequate memory for processing (heap space)
• In the External Systems application, enable the TAMITEXTSYS external system
• In the External Systems application, enable the following enterprise services and set them to use the continuous queue

  • TAMITINTSWREL
  • TAMITINTSWVAR
  • TAMITINTSWPRTNUM
