Adding a bookmark

You can bookmark a record, so that you will be able to quickly locate it later using the My Bookmarks dialog box.

About this task

To add a bookmark from the List tab:

From the List tab, click Add to Bookmarks in the table window row of the record you want to bookmark. The system adds the record to the My Bookmarks dialog box.

To add a bookmark using the Select Action menu:

Procedure

  1. Display the record that you want to bookmark.
  2. From the Select Action menu, select  Add to Bookmarks. The system adds the record to the My Bookmarks dialog box.
    Note: To open the My Bookmarks dialog box, click Bookmarks on the List tab.
