As your business needs change, you can change your collections.
Procedure
- In the Collections application, select the collection that
you want to change.
- Optional: Activate or inactive the collection:
- If a collection is active, you can use the collection in other
applications.
- If a collection is inactive, you can add, change, and delete
collection details. However, you cannot use the collection in other
applications.
- Optional: To change information in the Collection Details
table window, delete the row and add a new row. The information
in the Collection Details table window is read-only
- Optional: Change additional information.
- Save your changes.
