Changing status

The change status function is available from a number of menus in the Service Catalog applications.

Procedure

  1. In the application, select the Change Status action, or click the Change Status icon Change Status icon on the toolbar.
  2. Choose a status from the New Status list.
  3. Select Roll New Status to Organizations?.
  4. You can enter a note about the status change in the Memo field.
  5. Click OK.
