Reports

The following table lists the built-in Change reports that are provided in the product. You can also view a list of these reports in the product GUI.

Note: The built-in reports are not filtered by customer. They do not show customer data.
Change report Description
Changes by Process Status

IT_active_change_status.rptdesign

For a specified time period, shows a list of active Changes, grouped by status.
Average Time to Complete Changes, by Type

IT_avg_complete_by_type.rptdesign

For a specified Change type, shows the average time it has taken to complete the Changes.
Changes by Priority

IT_change_by_priority.rptdesign

For a specified time period, a pie chart shows the percentage of total Changes that have each numeric priority value. The report also lists the Changes by priority.
Changes by Classification

IT_change_by_classification.rptdesign

For a specified time period, a pie chart shows the percentage of total Changes that have each classification value. The report also lists the Changes by classification.
Changes in Final State, by Status

IT_change_final_state_status.rptdesign

For a specified time period, a pie chart shows the percentage of Changes in the final state, grouped by Status. The report also lists the Changes by Status.
Changes that Impacted a CI

IT_change_impacted_CI.rptdesign

For one or more specified CIs, shows the Changes that have impacted the specified CIs.
Scheduled Implementation Tasks, by Owner

IT_change_impl_task_group_by_owner.rptdesign

For a specified time period, a pie chart shows the percentage of scheduled implementation tasks assigned to an owner, grouped by owner. The report also lists the implementation tasks by owner.
Scheduled Implementation Tasks, by Owner Group

IT_change_impl_task_group_by_ownergroup.rptdesign

For a specified time period, a pie chart shows the percentage of scheduled implementation tasks assigned to an owner group, grouped by owner group. The report also lists the implementation tasks by owner group.
Scheduled Implementation Tasks, by Supervisor

IT_change_impl_task_group_by_supervisor.rptdesign

For a specified time period, a pie chart shows the percentage of scheduled implementation tasks assigned to owners or owner groups that had a particular supervisor, grouped by supervisor. The report also lists the implementation tasks by supervisor.
Open Change Process Requests in New State

IT_change_process_request.rptdesign

For a specified time period, shows the open Change process requests in the New state.
Changes Associated with a CI

IT_change_target_CI.rptdesign

For a specified CI, shows the Changes that have had the CI as a target.
Implementation Tasks with Change Window Conflict

IT_change_window_conflict.rptdesign

For a specified time period, shows the scheduled implementation tasks that have a change window conflict.
Forward Schedule of Changes

forwardsched_changes.rptdesign

Lists the future Changes that are defined in the schedule.
Implementation Tasks with Schedule Conflict

IT_schedule_conflict.rptdesign

Across all Changes, lists the implementation tasks for which scheduling conflicts have been detected.
Open Change Process Requests, by State

IT_process_request_final_states.rptdesign

For a specified Change state, a pie chart shows the percentage of open Change Process Requests that have a status value that matches the state.
Scheduled CI Outages, by Time Period

IT_change_scheduled_CI_outage.rptdesign

For a specified time period, and for one specified CI or all CIs, shows all projected CI outages where the task that causes the impact is in the WAPPR or APPR status and is not yet completed.
CI Outages that Have Occurred

IT_change_prior_CI_outages.rptdesign

For one CI or all CIs, shows outages that have occurred for tasks that are either in progress or completed.
Total Change Numbers for Each CI

IT_change_CI.rptdesign

For a specified date range, displays the number of Changes that are associated with a specified configuration item (CI).
Parameters:

CI Name: the name of the CI
CI Classification: The classification ID for the CI. This value should match the Classification value in the CI application list, or the last part of the CI classification hierarchy path. For example, if the CI classification hierarchy path is IT \ GENCSYS \ OS, enter OS as the CI classification parameter for the report.

All Change Details Associated With Each CI

IT_change_CI_detail.rptdesign

For a specified date range, lists the details for all Changes that are associated with a specified configuration item (CI).
Parameters:

CI Name: the name of the CI
CI Classification: The classification ID for the CI. This value should match the Classification value in the CI application list, or the last part of the CI classification hierarchy path. For example, if the CI classification hierarchy path is IT \ GENCSYS \ OS, enter OS as the CI classification parameter for the report.

To view a list of these reports in the product GUI, perform the following steps:

  1. From the Start Center, click Go To > Administration > Reporting > Report Administration.
  2. In the Application field, type CHANGE, and press Enter to display a list of the Change reports. You can click the name of a report to view details about that report.
