Control Desk Service Portal URL conventions
URLs for accessing the Control Desk Service Portal user interface are created using a standard convention.
The following URLs are used.
- Self Service Center
- https://<host>:<port>/portal/default/self-service/#
- Ticketing dashboard
- https://<host>:<port>/portal/default/agent/#
Specify the host name and port for your enterprise. The default port is 3000, but your enterprise might have a different port number.
Your access rights are determined by the user roles that are assigned to you.
Users who want to enter tickets to report issues or request services can log in to the Self Service Center.
Ticketing agents and administrators can log in to the Ticketing dashboard.
