Viewing assets assigned to you

The View Assets application contains a single table window, which displays the assets that are assigned to you. You must be marked as the user or custodian of an asset in order for it to be displayed in this window. The Assets application can be used to define the user and custodian for an asset.

You can view and print details for an asset that is displayed. You can also configure workflow actions that can be performed on an asset. For example, a workflow action might be to open a Service Request against the asset.

Above the View Assets table window are fields by which you can search for your assets.
